2. What data we process
When you contact us. Your name, email address, and any information you provide in your message or in the contact form.
When you apply to our content creator database. Your name, social media handle, email address, content segment, and a link to a publicly available example of your work.
When you visit the website. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is generated by the web server and by cookies.
We do not process special categories of personal data, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

4. Content creator database
If you apply to our content creator database, we may show your profile data — name, handle, segment, and content examples — to our clients when selecting participants for specific campaigns. We do not pass your email address or phone number to clients without your separate consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to womstar@womstar.lv. On withdrawal, we delete your profile from the database.
5. Recipients of data
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Data may be accessed by service providers acting on our behalf and under a data processing agreement: website hosting and technical maintenance providers, email service providers, and accounting service providers.
We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Correspondence — for as long as needed for communication and possible cooperation, and a reasonable period thereafter
- Content creator database — until consent is withdrawn
- Accounting records — 5 years, as required by Latvian accounting law
- Server logs and technical data — short-term, for website security
7. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies that enable basic functions: remembering your language choice and optimising page loading. These are essential to the operation of the site and do not require consent.
We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

10. Data security
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to employees who need it to perform their duties. Administrative accounts use two-factor authentication.
